General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the pklik platform and any member using pklik's services. By accessing pklik's services through the website, mobile app, or any digital channel, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.
pklik is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting, and live casino services. The platform has been built with Bangladeshi users in mind and provides full support in the Bengali language.

Membership and Account
To register at pklik, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information. Only one account per person is permitted. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
- The name, mobile number, and email provided at registration must be accurate and your own.
- Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
- Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.
- If you suspect a security breach on your account, you must notify pklik immediately.
- After registration, pklik may request additional documents for identity verification — withdrawals may be held if the required documents are not provided.
Creating or logging into an account does not create any obligation to make a purchase or place a bet, but to keep the account active the user must comply with all provisions of these Terms.
Age and Eligibility Requirements
All casino and betting services at pklik are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Providing false information about your age at registration is strictly prohibited. pklik may request a National ID card or birth registration certificate as proof of age at any time.
In addition, the following persons may not open an account or place bets at pklik:
- Current employees or officers of pklik or its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members.
- Persons residing in countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
- Persons whose accounts have previously been permanently closed by pklik.

Deposits and Withdrawals
The most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh can be used to deposit and withdraw funds at pklik. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) only.
4.1 Supported Methods
The following methods are available for both deposits and withdrawals:
- bKash
- Nagad

- Bank Transfer (major banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)
4.2 Limits and Timeframes
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Active betting must be completed on the account before requesting a withdrawal. If a bonus has been accepted, withdrawal is not permitted until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — this rule is followed to ensure funds are returned to the same account.
Bonuses and Promotions
pklik offers bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. Each offer has its own conditions, which are set out in detail on the relevant promotion page. This section describes the general bonus policy.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, a bonus of ৳1,200 is added, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200 — and to withdraw the bonus, a wagering of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be completed.
5.2 Bonus Usage Rules
- After activating a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified period.
- Wagering means betting the bonus amount by a specified multiplier — it is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the principal funds or winnings.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it.
- pklik reserves the right to decline a bonus if it appears the account was created to abuse bonuses.
- A bonus can never be converted directly into cash — only winnings generated after completing wagering become withdrawable.
5.3 VIP Program
Regular members can join pklik's VIP Program. The VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — each carry a different weekly cashback rate. Cashback is based on net losses for the week. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All betting and gaming activity at pklik is conducted entirely by digital means. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:
- Using software or bots to carry out automated betting.
- Exploiting technical errors on the platform — any winnings identified from such activity will be voided.
- Colluding with other players or teams to predetermine the outcome of a match or event.
- Using multiple accounts to gain bonus or odds advantages.
In sports betting, if an event is officially abandoned or suspended, pklik will determine the method of settling the relevant bets at its own discretion. In live betting, if the connection is lost after a bet has already been accepted, that bet will stand.
Each casino game has its own RTP (Return to Player) and volatility. These are long-term statistical figures and results in each session may differ. No game can be guaranteed to win through strategy, and pklik makes no such claim.
User Responsibilities
As a pklik member, you are fully responsible for managing your own account. The responsibilities you must observe while using the platform are:
- You must create and manage your account for your own personal use only.
- In betting and gaming, spend only money whose loss would not affect your daily life.
- Set your own play limits and stick to them.
- Use only payment methods that you personally own to deposit funds into your account.
- Misleading or misrepresenting third parties using pklik's name is prohibited.

Account Closure
pklik reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a member's account for any of the following reasons:
- A serious breach of these Terms.
- Providing false or misleading information at registration.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
- Suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent transactions.
- Evidence that an account was created by a person under the age of 21.
A member may also request account closure at any time. In that case, the account will be deactivated after the verified balance has been withdrawn. If pklik closes an account and a breach of the rules is confirmed, any remaining bonus and related balance may be forfeited.
pklik may apply an administrative fee to accounts that have been inactive for a long period, or mark them as inactive. Members will be notified in advance by email or message in such cases.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises with pklik, first contact the pklik support team directly via 24/7 live chat or email. In most cases, issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution after raising your complaint with the support team, you may submit a formal written complaint. pklik will review the complaint appropriately and provide a written response within the designated timeframe.

Changes to Terms
pklik reserves the right to change, amend, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. The updated date will be noted on this page after any change. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify members by email or platform notification.
Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms have been published means you have accepted the new Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, please request account closure.
pklik will never make a change to these Terms that would be to the detriment of a pending withdrawal request or a bonus currently subject to wagering — those will be settled under the terms in place before the change.
